Jade Miller, a woman with a DID, wrote 3 little books to engage with our "child" parts. They are very well made, full of tenderness and kindness. One way to approach with our child parts the fact that we have grown, that our body has grown, that we are safe now. A way to include them in our present life and our therapy and helps to explain to them what they went through and why and what hope they can have in the future ... They also help to make them understand that no part is left. t is alone, that they can find inside the parts that help them and bring them love and listening and how to find their place and continue to help us on a daily basis. They explain the choices available to them in the future (integration, cooperation, etc.).
