A small internal battle has been taking place for 2 days.
Some of my parts dialogue and express themselves mainly through music. They wanted to be able to express themselves on this site and put links to music they like on all the pages. I did it but these modifications remained in "draft" without my publishing them. Parts say that if I put music everywhere, my message, what we mean will be messy and incomprehensible.
Hence the compromise of writing a post about it. The right to speak of these musical parts will be respected and the site will remain "clear".
I have parts that use the music to tell me they're angry or laughing at me. Sometimes I hear nursery rhymes in my head, sometimes sarcastic songs. When they are fed up with going to work, they sing "To work is too hard", when the work is finally finished, they sing "Freed delivered".
When they want to silence internal disputes and conflicts, they sing songs at the top of their lungs until the other internal voices are no longer audible ... Or I can turn on the music and not hear anything or anything around it. nor inside. When they refuse to hear from someone outside, their anger or their reproaches, they sing and I don't hear anything else. It calms my stress ...
Some comment in a funny and humorous way the words of people from the outside with "musical repartees" related to the word or the phrase they said if they start the same way as the song ...
Sometimes the music is used to me "to call or to make come" a part. During my appearances in front of the judge for my divorce for example, to bring in my warrior and fighting parts, I put "4 non blondes from What's up" or "David Guetta Shot me down" and my angry parts come. I feel strong then, man, fighter ...
When my little parties feel sad and lonely, mom parties put "Lily Allen Somewhere only we know" or "the lion king The story of life" or "Aldebert What is life?"
Some parts like songs with strong and powerful lyrics that speak to us or about us (of what we're going through). Titles like:
Buridane: Badaboum, barje endurance, voodoo songs, the transition, the phoenix and the ash, electroshock, get out, report to, berlin, savage, how small ...
Big sick body: As a matter of course, Sunday evening
Mano Solo: In the crook of your arm, No cake
Akhenaton: Second chance, smile again, My text the soap, Tempus flees
Some calm down with songs by Birdy or Norah Jones or the Bee Gees, Adèle.
Some counter despair and distress with songs full of hope (Claudio Capéo Ca va ça va, Fun we are Young, Sexion d 'assault J'reste upright, Pharrel Williams Happy ...).
Some are stuck in time and want to listen to songs from the past (religious or from the countries where we have lived) but a veto is usually placed because I refuse to listen to them again. Just like playing musical instruments which I had an apprenticeship in the sect… I have never been able to replay them.
Well, the one who wants to speak for this post really insists that you listen to the songs of Buridane.
"Report to" for you to listen to me because I'm sick of being on my own! It's not fair ! Do you hear me ? Do you see me ? I'm sick of being alone!
"Voodoo songs" because it gives the strength to fight, optimism, hope ...
"the transition" because we have been in transition for years too. We sink, we advance, we sink, we fight ...
"The phoenix and the ash" because it's me, us.
"Shock" because it talks about me and adults and society and rage and anger and injustice !!!
And our 3 songs, the most important ones that bring us all together:
Gaëtan Roussel I hear voices
Jöz's little girl
Hoshi I find you a crazy charm ft Gaëtan Roussel
That we wear when we want to remember that we are no longer alone, that we are one and many, that we are strong and that we have survived, that we love each other, that we are grateful for the role of each, that we will get there ...
